Orders are handled in the order they are received and Any orders received after 1pm will start processing on the next business day. Custom orders require 72 hours processing time and will be shipped out on the next business day. All items are made to order accept for pre-packaged items, candles, & soaps. For pre-packaged items, soaps, & candles, please allow 48 hours processing time and items will be shipped out next business day.

Returns
There are no returns available on Phone Consultations, sale items and or customized products at all. There are no refunds for Reiki and or Guided Meditation Services once service has been rendered. If there is a service that has been purchased as a bundle, the customer will receive a refund of package sessions with a 20% cancellation fee if cancelation is notified 48 hours before starting sessions, any cancelations received 24 hours before the session will receive a 30% cancelation fee. Any services canceled 12 hours or up to 2 hours before can be rescheduled for another date up to 3 times. No refunds for last-minute cancellations of 12 hours and below will be given. Any items that are received by the customer broken, spilled, or damaged in any way can be returned for a replacement item only no refunds will be given. Inquitive Wisdom will incur shipping costs on any of these kinds of returnable items. Customers have 72 hours to contact us for returns for a replacement item. All return requests need to be in writing, with the customer's full name and phone number, and sent via email to msq@inquitivewisdom.com. A customer will be notified once the returned item has been received and will be notified of the turnaround time. A partial refund will be provided to customers who are not satisfied with the results of the product per circumstances. These requests can also be made by emailing msq@inquitivewisdom.com
